During single lessons or in small groups we can work on everyday movements like walking, sitting down, rising and lying.
In addition i share introductions to work on specific movement sequences, e.g. making music, writing or on monitor operations.
Every person begins the lessons with quite own conditions and wishes. Therefore, the sequence and number of your hours are individually.
The aim is to construct a practical knowledge which enables the learner to apply the principles of the Alexander-Technique independently in his everyday life.
Step by step the learner deepens his sensory perception during the lessons, a new body feeling develops and one can move more painless and more natuarally in his body.
